Anna - I've lived the misery you're talking about. And instead of spending thousands of dollars on a mattress with sleep numbers, adjustable positions and comfort zones, not counting Dr's bills, prescriptions and not being able to sleep, my recliner fixed all that for a fraction of the cost.
