Good advice. Each day for me is a dietary adventure for all the reason you stated. I look to breakfast for energy, lunch to suppress my appetitie, an after snack to reenergize me and a light dinner to help me sleep. In between, the food, no more than three cups of coffee, mulitple ounces of water and an occasional glass of unsweet iced tea. The combination works.
