Hang in there Jean. The reality of aging hits us all. Your story resembles my days, especially dealing with the heat. Living in Southeast Texas doesn't help and some of my meds have made me ultra sensitive to heat. But I push through, have modified my perspective and shifted my hobbies to things I can do while staying cool. Stay focused and healthy. Lee
