Hi Pam - Apparently the problem is hitting restaurants/delis and bagel shops hard. With spotty problems in retail. My local store is struggling to keep a good stock, while 5 miles away another store seems to be ok. I actually prefer Neufchatel cheese than Cream Cheese. It's a lower fat content with a tangier flavor, but it's the perfect substitute. It's humorous watching how the news reacts to this. Thanks for reading and I appreciate your comment. Lee
