Hi Pam - Yes I workout at the gym four days a week. I eat four times a day, limiting my calorie intake with an emphasis on low sodium, low fat proteins and complex carbs. I was a fireman for 15 years, am a US Military Veteran. I hold two college degrees, and am still working but refer to myself as semi-retired, for a few reasons. I have published one book, working on my next. Fiber supplements help when I can't get my fill of fruits and vegetables. Not sure the word lazy fits me. I do appreciate your reading and comments.
