I eat steel cut with flax ~4 times a week. Somedays I mix a scrambled egg with it. I prefer keeping savory and not sweet so I'll add some nuts a pinch of salt and pepper and occasionally a bit of grated sharp cheddar. Makes for a great breakfast. Thanks for the article.
