I'd love to enjoy a good British meal. My only exposure has been through a few local British Pubs amongst the Houston Bar scene. While the food was good, primarily plates of fish/chips, Scottish Eggs, Spotted Dick, and a few bangers, I wouldn't call it gourmet style. Thanks for the enlightenment. Now I'm hungry.
