I'm a 30-year AAA member. I stick with them for one reason: emergency road service. They've helped me out numerous times. I gave up on their Triptiks and travel agency services years ago. I do occasionally stop in at their office for currency exchange. But the towing and other auto service, and multiple discounts, pay for my membership. While my insurance provides roadside assistance, I refuse to use it, AAA has been so consistent and seems to improve yearly. No reason to change.
