I'm neutral. Being somewhat involved in software development, user interfaces and portals, sometimes features need to be sacrificed in order to fix an internal bug or improve another process. Things can get complicated behind the scenes. We will never know for sure exactly why because we don't see the daily bug reports, product roadmap or development schedule.
