I'm sorry for your losses Mary, although it sounds like you've rebounded. But we all have triggers causing us to lose a day or take a deep breath when reflecting on those no longer with us. I visit my parents graves twice a year and remember my wife constantly even after five years of loss. While I've managed quite well, I keep waiting for the moment when reflecting on the loss of family and friends gets easy. I'm not sure it does. Hang in there, you're not alone.
