Instant coffee is like mashed potatoes from a box. Somewhat tolerable but not really satisfactory. I appreciate your opinion. And enjoyed your story, but I've got to have a dark French roast every morning, made with fresh ground beans, perfectly brewed in a French press. Otherwise my day is dark and depressing. Instant coffee did get me through college.
