Jean, your story resonates very loud. I'm still staring at some of my wife's stuff, four years after she passed. Just the other day, looking at a picture on the wall I don't like, but she did, I stopped and asked myself why is it still there? I also vowed forty years ago, not to wear the clothes of dead men. Meaning my father-in-law and my own dad. My mother insisted I take some of dad's clothes as we were nearly the same size. I took them to placate her, and donated them a month later.
