Larry Ellison founder of Oracle is right up there next to Jobs. When IBM expanded into the consumer market with the PC5150, the battleground was created. Looking back at the history it's hard to say if Jobs was more moderate, if Apple would be where they are today. It would be interesting to see a revisionist version of technology history.
