Mary - I am very sorry to hear this. But glad she's on the path to recovery. A similar thing happened to my mother ten years ago. Healthy and active one day, the next collapsed and on the floor. Her blood numbers all within a good range. Her diabetes was perfectly controlled. Somehow a clot had formed. I've seen similar things happen to people in their thirties and I've known some who have lived till their nineties with cigarettes in one hand. One never knows. Thanks for the awareness tips. LJB
