My granddad worked for a large meat packer, stockyard, and slaughterhouse. He'd take me there on Saturday when cattle were being offloaded from the trains. He showed me the operation and I got to know a lot of the guys there and understand their jobs. It was an interesting education. Thanks for sharing your story.
