My BP used to be good till they changed the top numbers from 140 to 120 . Then all of a sudden it was a problem. Like yourself I check it often and go as far as keeping excel spreadsheets, with charts and graphs, plus notes as to what I was doing at the time, the number of cups of coffee I had and what I've been eating. My doctor doesn't ask me about it any longer. I overwhelmed her with information.
