Nancy - great question and my answer is two fold. First when I received my Medicare card. Second when I was able to pull the trigger with Soc Sec at 100% qualification with no earnings cap. The realization that I no longer needed to work to get reasonable medical coverage was enlightening (although I'm still working). Thanks Lee
