Oh boy Ruby, you have hit on so many things that I want to deny about aging. But as you said, they just creep up on you out of nowhere. Sorry you fell. Every time I see my Dr., she asks me if I've fallen. I always ask if I'm supposed to. She told me it's a Medicare requirement to ask. Luckily my answer so far is no. Hang in there.
