Oh My - you are spot on. And this is a pretty funny, but yet serious story. I could write volumes on the topic. Personally, I am an introvert with the ability to flip the extrovert switch on when needed. There's a skill to it. My preference in business though is give me a laptop, a pair of noise cancelling headphones, an internet connection, a copy of Microsoft 360, a desk, a table at Starbucks, my home office ( I don't care) and then leave me alone.
