Oh that's a challenge. Clear liquids. But I have a theory that it shouldn't matter whether its clear, red, or dark. Because whatever color you drink it all comes back out clear with a yellowish tint. I asked a kidney Dr. once where the black in coffee went. Because when I drink coffee I pee clear yellow. When I drink water my pee is still clear yellow. A glass of red wine, a pint of Guiness Stout, a chocolate milkshake; they all come out clear yellow. The Dr. didn't have a sense of humor and I still don't have a good answer. Good luck with the diet. Sounds to me like chicken broth, with a side of 7-Up and a cup of water for your dinner.
