Spot on Ruby. I try everyday to be positive, but have found that takes a lot of energy. Regarding the poop situation. I'm spending less occasions in the bathroom but longer times. The other day the automatic light switched off in the office bathroom. Luckily I had my phone to light the way. Thanks for the story. LJB
