Thanks. Coffee is my morning elixir. Bold, dark roasted, straight with no cream no sugars. Three to four 1/2 cups in the morning. Occasionally in the afternoon if I need a boost. It plays hell with my blood pressure - SNAP. That's why I drink 1/2 cups - 4 to 6 oz per cup in lieu of 8 to 12 oz. Doing this helps me moderate the BP effect. I appreciate the research you did.
