Thanks for the sleep advice. I'm an exception to normal sleep patterns though. The TV puts me to sleep. I am more comfortable in my sleep recliner than my bed, I use my smartphone as an alarm clock. Some nights I wake up perfectly refreshed, only to find that it's 2 am. When that happens, I make a cup of coffee, read, watch a movie or write, and then an hour later, go back to sleep till 6:30am. Every Dr. I've mentioned this to tells me if it works then stick with it. Thanks /LJB
