You have to start somewhere
Writing is a very personal process that people either love or hate.
I'm not sure what there is to hate. We are the Kings and Queens of our universe and have mastered the ability through composition to express ourselves. Writing allows us to create and express deep creative, or analytical thoughts in ways that are hard to verbalize.
Our thoughts are no different than how an artist, dancer, musician, actor, or photographer interprets the world through their lens.
As writers, we have the world at our fingertips, and with a certain amount of skill, the creative possibilities are unlimited. The outlets to publish our works grows daily, and nothing stops anybody from producing wild, fictional stories, personal life accounts, or non-fiction analysis of the D-Day Landings.
Inspiration is everywhere, and subject matter is endless.
There is no shortage of advice on growing an audience, creating a brand, or drawing in more readers. We have choices to make, and it is an individual writing endeavor as to what we do with our works.
