Very true. Personally, I'm a technology geek and refer to my office, which is part of my mancave, a writing lab. I've surrounded myself with two laptops, three monitors, a widescreen TV and a collection of earbuds, headphones and mics for the few podcasts I do. I use music as inspiration, but I prefer silence when working. Each of us has our comfort zone. I also enjoy writing at 3 am.
