You are spot on. Thanks for revealing the secret that's not a secret. Here in Texas, a rough-and-tumble Icehouse with long necks, a few good wines and some Top Shelf to whip up a good Margarita, or just a few shots of good whiskey, is the best. A jar of pickled pigs feet, nachos, wings and a Wednesday night steak dinner on the patio with nothing but pure Outlaw Country music is my favorite. Now and then, I'll drop in on a good martini bar.
