You are spot on Deb. Thanks for sharing. I woke up one day and realized maybe I was getting old (68). But then I looked at my friends who are in their upper seventies/early 80's and realized I still have a few years to go. In the meantime, life is a gift regardless of age. And we can't control age progression but we can sure as hell control ageism.
